Moser Glass, Inc. made this small white frog. The frog top was
pressed using the mould owned by the National Milk Glass Collectors Society. The split-rib base mould was
made by the Island Mould and Machine Company, Wheeling West Virginia exclusively
for the NMGCS and was used to press this commemorative.
The 2008 NMGCS convention was held at the Embassy Suites Cleveland (at Rockside), Independence, OH on August 28-30, 2008.
