Convention 2000...
NMGCS Convention 2000
Photo Exposé
This year's convention was hosted by June Sohl. Please give June a round of applause for a great job and a great time had by all.
The convention was located at the beautiful Columbus Marriott Northwest located in Dublin, Ohio from April 13 to April 15 with coffee and donuts in the AM of April 16.
Next year the convention will be held in Connecticut. Check back for additional details as they become available.
The commemorative for the 2000 convention was the Atterbury-type 6-1/2" white milk glass rabbit. Commemoratives are only available to members and are limited to first come, first served. (Commemoratives are sold out.)
The auction was held on Friday afternoon at 1:30 PM (not the usual evening auction). It consisted of an exciting variety of 300 pieces of opaque glass. Ed Kulhman, the auctioneer, did his usual fantastic job of getting through each item.
