2004 NMGCS AUCTION CONSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Any NMGCS member can submit a list of milk glass to be considered for inclusion in our next auction (June 2003 convention). Lists of potential consignment pieces will be accepted through March 20, 2003. Consignors will be notified in May as to which of their pieces have been selected.
The Society will deduct 5% from each consignor's total auction sales. REMEMBER THE SOCIETY CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO CONSIGNMENT PIECES AT ANY TIME.
Complete the form on the reverse side of this instruction page. You may make as many copies of this form as you need. Feel free to use your computer/word processor to compile your list, rather than using this form. Just remember to include all the requested information. The following is a list of reference books which can be used to locate and identify your pieces. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PIECES WITHOUT CHECKING FOR REFERENCES. Color is not important when locating a reference, just make sure to state the color of
your piece. If you do not find a certain piece in your reference books, you will need to send a picture of the piece(s). References books are as follows:
