Dress: Casual. Bring & wear clothes consistent with the weather. Kansas City can be hot and muggy from mid June onward. Members wear shorts or slacks and casual shirts to the events on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Don't forget your swim wear if you're staying at the hotel. The banquet on Saturday is a mixture. Some folks dress casual. However, most dress it up a little with sports coats for men and evening attire for women.

Hospitality Room: During the entire convention, a hospitality room will be open. Members bring scrap books with pictures of their collection. The hospitality room always has tables and chairs and something to drink.
