Mosser Glass, Inc. made this small slag horse. The horse top was pressed using the mould owned by Moser Glass. But the split-rib base mould was made by the Island Mould and Machine Company, Wheeling West Virginia exclusively for the NMGCS and was used to press this commemorative.
