Mosser Glass, Inc. made this small Westmoreland Glass Rooster with a red glass head. The rooster top was pressed using the mould owned by the Phil Rosso Glass. The split-rib base mould was made by the Island Mould and Machine Company, Wheeling West Virginia exclusively for the NMGCS and was used to press this commemorative.

The 2010 NMGCS convention was held at the Crown Plaza Hotel Springfield, IL on September 10-11, 2010.
