NMGCS Membership
If you are interested in finding out more about opaque glass, known as milk glass, then you may wish to join the National Milk Glass Collectors Society.
The National Milk Glass Collectors Society is a non-profit, educational organization dedicated to the study and preservation of this unique segment of the glass world. Members of the society receive a quarterly publication, the Opaque News. This newsletter contains informative articles on all aspects of milk glass, written by members with many years of collecting expertise. Articles include news on reproductions, distinguishing new milk glass from old, and information covering individual pieces, as well as the companies manufacturing them.
The National Milk Glass Collectors Society also sponsors an annual convention at which members can buy, sell, trade, and display milk glass. The convention features a buffet dinner, speakers, and presentations on milk glass, the annual business meeting of the Society, and an auction of approximately 300 quality pieces of milk glass. Members may also purchase a NMGCS Commemorative. The convention is open to members only. Memberships are available at the door.

Current members whose dues are payable between now and January 1, 2023, please pay the new rate which will carry until January 1, 2024. The club will waive the intervening months. In future, new members who join between September 1st and December 31st will also have the intervening months waived by the club.
* Note: Associate members can join the society only as additions to Family Memberships, at the cost of $10.00 per each associate with again only one mailing address. Associate members may attend the annual conventions and, if over the age of 16, have full voting rights in the society. No newsletters or other mailings will be sent to Associate members.
